Based in Brockville, Ontario, Bill is the founder of Canadian Voice Overs, where he collaborates with his partner Julianna Wolfe to offer top-tier voiceover services, including audiobook production and narration. Known for his work with notable publishers like ECW Publishing and Assembly Press, Bill recently won the 2024 Canadian Choice Award and the 2024 Lane Country Film Festival Jury Award for movie trailer voice work on The Cell Phone.
