Stephanie McMorris

Stephanie is a voice actor from Los Angeles. She grew up in the Midwest and started voice-over work when she was 14 years old, helping to write her first commercial which she delivered in character in one take. After several years in radio, she began a career in human resources that ultimately brought her to California, which she considers home. Her passion for the airwaves persisted, however, and eventually guided her back to voice-over.

She has since trained with some of the best in the business and keeps her skills honed with weekly peer-led workouts. Stephanie has a natural conversational style that easily shifts tone and tenor to fit your story. Her voice has been described as direct, warm, empathetic, knowledgeable, reassuring, down-to-earth, everyday businesswoman and mom. She has a great sense of humor and is easy to work with, highly directable, and professional, keeping the focus where it should be – on your message.

Stephanie is mom to two boys and stepmom to an adult daughter with her own family, making her a spare grandma to two. She is guardian to a big white dog and three silly cats and feeds the charm of hummingbirds in her back yard. Having earned a BBA at the University of Iowa and a JD from Pepperdine University, she brings over 20 years of experience in Corporate America to her voice-over business and your creative project.
