About
Richard is an accomplished Voice Artist.
His love for Voice Over began at an early age.
"I recall vividly listening to Barry Bissell's Take 40 Australia growing up and quickly fell in love with Radio and Music, like many. But, it was when the Radio Announcer went to the Ad Break that really got me listening. The different Styles of Ads and Reads, the Jingles associated with the Reads, it all intrigued me".
Richard began his Career as a Mobile DJ - DJ'ing and MC'ing Weddings, Birthdays etc. He also worked voluntary for some Community Radio Stations gaining valuable on-air experience. He then, while enrolled with Vaughan Harvey Radio School, landed a gig in Promotions at 104.7 Triple M Adelaide driving Triple M Triple Thunder Vehicles (On Air Crosses etc.)
And after enrolling in Australian Radio School's Voice Over Workshop, it has been all about Voice Over ever since.
