Terri Dien

Terri Dien is a voiceover artist with experience covering audiobook narration, eLearning, and corporation promotions. A former political consultant, Terri loves discovering motivations and personal agendas in all stories she reads. Sometimes the voice in her head is reading in a New York accent; but always, she will convey messages, emotions and environments with just the tone of her warm and down to earth voice; and leans into a guidance persona she developed from her 20+ year career as a chef instructor. She loves mystery thrillers where strong female characters are the center of the story as well as romance and young adult genres. Terri can assume identities that range from young adult to middle-aged, student to corporate professional, serial killer to detective voicing them with sensitivity and originality.
Terri has enjoyed a 20+ year career as a chef instructor, teaching cooking and baking classes to folks from all walks of life. She has authored 4 cookbooks and has parlayed her chef instructor career into instructional design work, developing trainings for chefs and cooks. She's an obsessive sourdough bread baker thanks to the Pandemic, and love to throw big dinner parties for family and friends. Terri loves everything science fiction - from movies to shows, to books and short stories, sci-fi has captured her imagination since childhood. When she's not in the recording booth, you can find her glued to her tablet watching British television shows (Bake Off, anyone?).
